The Well-Played Collective is an unconventional sandbox for bold, collaborative plays that reimagine how we live, work, and play — with joy, connection, rest, and real heart at the center.
Most of us didn’t design the game. The rules were handed down. The pace and goals set by others. It’s a setup that creates more losers than winners and was never meant to hold and honor our full humanity.
Now the world is calling us to reinvent it — to live and be in ways that lift us up, not wear us down. We believe a better game isn’t just possible. It’s already in motion.

A series of 3 interactive online rad(ical) reset sessions for women changemakers to navigate tricky themes the world is throwing our way with curiosity, community, and deep cleansing breaths. Winter 2026 Session starts Jan 30th! Deadline to Register = Jan 20th. Limited spots available.

We offer personalized Changeovers (= intentional resets) for humans and orgs navigating big questions, busy seasons, or quiet rumbles. No templates—just thoughtful design based on your unique goals, challenges and context. Tailored to you. Reach out to start the conversation.
A small note: We’ve chosen to focus on women changemakers—not to exclude, but to start this work by leaning into our own lived experiences, address unique challenges, and create safe spaces. This is hella hard for us because so many incredible, beautiful humans are making a difference. This work is about holding space for women while honoring and appreciating all who work toward change. And if it goes well here, we’d love to thoughtfully increase and widen our circles!
