Launch Rates / Pricing
We’re using a sliding scale for our Changeovers to center our values and make programming like this more accessible. That means you choose the bucket that’s right for you, and that you feel will honor the work. No questions asked cause we’ve engaged at these different points over the course of our own journeys. We recognize that this still might be too much for some of us. If this is the case for you, drop us a note and let’s huddle up.

Shared Agreements
We will work together to create a safe and supportive space for ourselves and one another—where we can show up as our full selves and lift each other up—with caring, kindness, respect and without judgment.
I respect the confidentiality of my fellow participants. I may share broader learning, not specific stories or experiences.
I honor the space and ourselves by showing up present and fully engaged.
I’m willing and ready to pause, reflect, and bring openness and curiosity to the experience.
I’m open to play and lightness as part of this journey. Growth is serious, but we don’t always have to be.

As much as we’d love to answer heck yeah on your behalf - you must do YOU and make your own call.
Are you looking for time and space to do some deeper reflection to support your work and life? Does sharing some giggles, lightness, and maybe some f-bombs as we navigate tricky and heavy topics and sit with all the things in a safe space feel OK to you? Are you open to combining this reflection with present awareness work like breathing, movement, etc? Can you tolerate our sports metaphors? If so, please join us!
If not, this might not be your space, and that’s totally OK too. There’s so much amazing stuff out there to lean into for support. May the force be with you and much love on your adventure!

We were initially wanting to gather a larger group together. Cuz, um, that would be amazing. But we also realized that if we wanted to create a cozy and fun online space with a greater sense of safety and trust, it might be better to start with smaller groups that could get to know each other more deeply.
That said, there’s a world in which so many excellent ladies want to join us that we have to make some hard decisions. We hope it doesn’t get to that though the interest would be heartening and humbling. If it does come to having to select the group, our goal would be to try balance several tricky things which include - preference to those who registered early and on-time with efforts to be inclusive to ultimately create a meaningful experience for everyone. This will likely be an imperfect process. But we promise to do our best as fellow humans who mean well.

Good question and there are definitely different takes on this on the interwebs. We define changemakers as rebels out there (of all shapes, sizes and sectors) who want to make change for the better. It’s important to call out that we believe changemakers exists in all fields, including the home field. If you can relate to this definition - you are a fellow changemaker friend!
As we said earlier, we’ve chosen to focus on women changemakers—not to exclude, but to start this work by leaning into our own lived experiences, address unique challenges, and create safe spaces. This is hella hard for us because so many incredible, beautiful humans are making a difference. This work is about holding space for women while honoring and appreciating all who work toward change. And if all goes well here - we’d love to create thoughtfully increase and widen our circles!

Your registration gets you a front-row seat to the 3 live sessions, a treasure trove of supportive tools, collective wisdom, and a VIP pass to a squad of women who are out in the world making moves, shaking things up, and doing the damn thing.

On the quest to make this convenient and accessible to awesome people like yourself who are juggling their roles, and the ups and downs of life, we decided to start with touch-points that are shorter and easy to access. We’d LOVE to host a several day gathering in-person in the future if there’s interest and availability.
